4.- IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CYCLING LICENSE, CONTACT US BY MAIL TO BE ABLE TO PAY THE 1-DAY INSURANCE, it cost 15 EUROS and it is mandatory to have a federative license or 1-day insurance.

WELCOME PACK AND CASUAL CLOTHING

You can pick up the Welcome Pack bag from Thursday 29 in the afternoon from 6:00 p.m. until Friday 30 at 8:30 p.m. Inside the bag you will find the official shirt of the event, in addition to various gifts of our collaborating brands.

In addition to these items, we will also find Maurten products, specifically 3 bars and 3 gels. We have 3 feed stations, so we believe that it is more than enough to cover the route. It never hurts to bring something extra, especially if you use brands other than Maurten.

The backpack (not luggage) with your casual clothing to get changed, you will be able to find it once you arrive in Cadaqués. You can drop it in Velodrom Barcelona (from THURSDAY 29 to SATURDAY 1 before departure) or in Velodrom Girona (from THURSDAY 29 to FRIDAY 30 to 8:30 p.m.). IMPORTANT: YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS BACKPACK IN THE MORNING AT DEPARTURE.

DEPARTURE TIME FROM BARCELONA

For this edition we are going to make 3 groups. It is important to note that the groups are just orientative, so if you want to go faster or slower, or leave at different time, there is no problem, neither is it a problem to jump from one group to another half way. We are going to distribute the groups in the following way.

• 25km/h avg, meeting 6:45am, departure 7:00am from Velodrom Barcelona. Ride Leaders: Jerson, Miquel Trafach y Javi (known also as #javingfun or as phoenix)
• 27km/h avg meeting 7:15am, departure 7:30am from Velodrom Barcelona. Ride Leaders: Aleix, Marta.
• 30km/h avg meeting 7:45am, departure 8:00am from Velodrom Barcelona. Ride Leaders: Enric Eboix, Sam Munday, Arnau y David.

• Meeting point: 11:00 am La Comuna - Girona. Complimentary breakfast included
• Departure : 11:30am

MANDATORY ACCESORIES TO BE CARRIED WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES

• Track loaded in a GPS unit (wahoo, hammerhead, garmin...). The support vehicles will not be responsible for people who get lost and do not have the track loaded on their GPS.
• Puncture repair kit, with pump, tire levers and spare tube.
• A jacket or windbreaker that you must carry with you at all times.
• 2 bottles.
• Rear Light

FEEDING STATIONS

• KM 69 SANT MIQUEL DEL FAI, FIRST FEEDING STATIONS STATION: Water, soft drinks. Bananas, nuts, sweets. 15 MINUTES
• KM 178 GIRONA, LA COMUNA: Water, soft drinks. Bananas, nuts, sweets and a salty snacks. 30 MINUTES
• KM 230 CASTELLÓ D'EMPÚRIES, SECOND FEEDING STATION: Water, soft drinks. Bananas, nuts, sweets. 15 MINUTES

ARRIVAL IN CADAQUES

- To avoid problems like in the previous edition, we ask you to get changed, leave the bike in the corresponding truck (destination GIRONA or BARCELONA), take a souvenir photo and go to the "LA GRITTA" pizzeria, for the end from the party. .

- We remind you that the final dinner at the LA GRITTA pizzeria IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE EVENT COST. Each participant must pay for their dinner directly at the restaurant.

- THE BUSES WILL DEPART PUNCTUALLY AT 7:45 PM FROM THE CADAQUÉS PARKING.
