The t-shirt is made of 100% recycled materials - 60% recycled left-over cotton scraps from textile factories and 40% recycled plastic bottles collected from nature. It's made in collaboration with Copenhagen-based manufacture Textile Pioneers. A Cikkel Copenhagen Green Jersey t-shirt saves more than 2000 litres of water compared to a conventional t-shirt.
