Ship outside the EU
Shop in Spain. Claim VAT back. If you live outside the EU and take eligible purchases home with you, you may qualify for a VAT refund.
Ask us in store Bring your passport and proof of residence. We’ll check eligibility and prepare your tax-free form.
Validate before leaving the EU Have your goods, receipt and form ready for Customs. In Spain, use DIVA and follow any inspection instructions.
Receive your refund Follow the instructions provided with your form. The amount and timing depend on the refund method; provider fees may apply.
Ordering ahead of your trip? Choose store pickup where available. Ask for tax-free paperwork when you collect in person, and bring your documents.
Delivered abroad. Different tax rules. Orders shipped outside the EU VAT area can qualify for Spanish VAT exemption. Your delivery destination determines the tax treatment.

Allow for import charges Local taxes, customs duties and carrier fees may be payable if they are not collected at checkout.
No Spanish VAT does not mean no taxes. This is a shipping arrangement. You don’t use an airport tax-free form for an order delivered to your home.
