How do Pas Normal Studios men’s sizes work?

Pas Normal Studios sizes its men’s cycling clothing by body measurements: chest around the fullest part, waist around the slimmest, plus hip and thigh, all in the size guide on this page (for example, M is 96–101 cm chest and 82–87 cm waist). The same chart covers PNS jerseys, bibs and jackets. PNS’s race-fit lines are cut close to the body for the riding position.

How should I care for Pas Normal Studios cycling clothing?

PNS recommends a pre-wash before first use, then washing inside out with zips closed, on a gentle 30 °C cycle with low spin and a non-bio detergent. No bleach, fabric softener, tumble dryer or hot iron: let it air dry, and don’t mix light and dark colours. The garment label is the final reference.

Water protection is defined by the products ability to keep you dry. The jacket has a water column pressure of 10.000mm hence offering great water protection. This is almost on par with Pas Normal Studios’ Pertex Rain Jacket, and this really tells that this jacket performs well in rainy conditions. Additionally, the jacket has drainage holes in each pocket on the back. It is inevitable that persisting rain may run into your pockets, therefore PNS have added three drainage holes to get rid of this excess water.

A YKK Vislon Aquaguard zipper with a durable two-way function keeps you protected from wet weather conditions.

Fabric

To protect you from the elements and keep you warm and dry in wet conditions, the jacket has a 3-layer fabric with Windtex Pro membrane and a DWR treatment.

Drainage Holes

The three rear pockets of the jacket feature a single drainage hole on each pocket to make sure that water doesn't stay trapped during your ride. This prevents your belongings from getting soaked.

Raw Edges

A raw laser cut hem and sleeves give an improved level of comfort and provide a more sleek look.

Silicone Gripper

The lowest back panel of the jacket comes with a striped silicone gripper for improved hold and comfort.

Internally Taped Seams

The jacket comes with internal taped ultrasonic welded seams. These leak-proof seams provide exceptional protection from the weather elements. The seams also give an improved comfort and fit to the jacket.
