Off-Race Utility Vest je lehká, odolná proti povětrnostním vlivům vrstva navržená pro proměnlivé podmínky. Vyrobená ze 100% nylonu s vodoodpudivou úpravou, nabízí ochranu před slabým deštěm a je ideální pro vrstvení v chladnějších letních dnech. Má dvě velké kapsy na hrudi na zip a prostornou zadní kapsu určenou pro uložení nezbytností. Dvoucestný přední zip poskytuje flexibilitu, zatímco mírně prodloužený zadní díl přidává krytí při jízdě. Dokončeno reflexními logy aplikovanými tepelným přenosem na přední i zadní straně pro lepší viditelnost.
