AVONA Velum Frameset with Faserwerk Cockpit

The Avona Velum is a road bike built to be fast in all conditions: headwinds, long climbs and rough roads. Instead of chasing a single number, Avona balanced aerodynamics, weight, comfort, rolling resistance and drivetrain efficiency, aiming to lower normalised power when the riding gets hard.

This is the Avona Velum frameset (frameset with faserwerk cockpit) in Carbon Clearcoat, assembled to order in Germany.

Frame and design

• Frame 798 g (size M, painted, with derailleur hanger and seat clamp); fork 380 g (cut, size M)
• Wind-tunnel aerodynamics on a par with the best road bikes
• Vertical compliance for comfort and lower rolling resistance
• Tyre clearance up to 35 mm; specced with 30 mm front and 32 mm rear
• UDH dropout, ready for SRAM 1x13; Faserwerk Steigbügel hanger for Shimano
• Fibre-reinforced headset cap overmoulded with silicone seals
• Internal routing for Di2/AXS (not compatible with mechanical shifting); BSA 68 mm bottom bracket
