Before you book.
How do I book a workshop visit?
Book online: choose Barcelona or Girona, tell us what your bike needs and pick a weekday to drop it off. Your private repair page link arrives by email.
When can I drop off and collect my bike?
Monday to Friday, usually from 10:00 to 13:00 or 17:00 to 18:00. There are no drop-offs or collections at weekends, and collection is at least 48 hours after drop-off.
How much does it cost?
You get an estimate with VAT included when we assess the bike. Any extra work is only done after you approve it on your repair page, with photos and the quoted cost.
How do I follow the repair?
On your private repair page: the current stage, photos and videos from your mechanic, extra work to approve or reject, and a message when the bike is ready.
Which services do you offer?
Servicing and maintenance, drivetrain and Shimano Di2 or SRAM AXS shifting, hydraulic brakes, wheels and tubeless set-up, forks and suspension, and complete custom builds. In Girona the Muc-Off Performance Lab also offers chain optimisation, ceramic coating and bike washes.
Can I book several bikes at once?
Yes, up to 10 bikes in one booking. Each bike gets its own job and repair page.
How long can my bike stay after it is ready?
Please collect it within 30 days of our ready notice; after that, storage fees may apply.

Barcelona: Muc-Off Performance Lab by Velodrom, Comte de Salvatierra 6, 08006 Barcelona (+34 937 682 373). Girona: Muc-Off Performance Lab by Velodrom, Carrer de l’Argenteria 9, 17004 Girona, in the old town.
Can I book through ChatGPT or another AI assistant?
Yes. AI assistants can book a visit, check your bike’s status and message the workshop through our public MCP server at https://www.velodrom.cc/internal/api/workshop-mcp.
