What is Assos’s Endurance Series?

Assos files Mille (men) and Uma (women) in its Endurance Series, which it describes like this: “The complete endurance series. Streamlined regular fits. Ultraplush inserts. Muscle-wrapping thermoregulating textiles.” The series name is on every Assos product page, next to the product’s own 1–5 ratings for endurance, racing and ride intensity.

racingFit or regularFit — what’s the difference?

They’re Assos’s two main cuts. racingFit (Equipe and Dyora) is, in Assos’s fit guide, a close, performance-oriented fit with compressive fabrics for high-intensity riding — compared with regularFit it feels noticeably tighter by design. regularFit (Mille and Uma) is a balanced technical fit with moderately compressive fabrics: supportive without the tight feel of the Racing models. Assos uses the same size chart for both, so the difference is the feel, not the size.

How should I wash Assos cycling clothing?

Assos’s product pages don’t include care instructions, so follow the care label sewn into the garment. Assos sells its own Active Wear Cleanser, made for washing technical cycling clothing.

The revised MILLE GT regularFit reduces restriction across the chest while maintaining a streamlined silhouette for layerability. Set-in sleeves create a full range of motion in aggressive or upright riding positions.

Featured fabrics

The 250g/m² RX fabric on the front panel combines increased thermal insulation with abrasion resistance with quick-drying breathability. The pockets are upgraded with Sens Strong, a 218g/m² Textile whose honeycomb construction supports fully loaded pockets. Both Textiles provide UPF 50+ protection.

zeroPressure Waist

A soft, highly elastic waist construction that improves comfort and support across the abdomen, minus any pressure or pinching.

Triple Ramp Pockets

Flexible fabric panels sewn into the pockets create “lids,” securing and stabilizing the contents while protecting against precipitation or road spray.

Eyewear Holder

Securely stows eyewear on the right sleeve.

When to use it

Thermoregulation for endurance riding in cool conditions, reengineered with increased insulation and a less restrictive, more layerable construction. Breathable, moderately insulated, and fast-drying, the newly updated GT Spring Fall Jersey C2 ensures comfort by preserving a comfortable, dry microclimate in chilly conditions without stifling if the day grows warmer. The sleeves are now constructed entirely of RX material, increasing thermoregulation to cover cooler conditions. Refinements to fit across the chest, shoulders, and abdomen increase comfort while off the bike or in a more upright, endurance-oriented riding position. The sleeves are finished with clean, race-inspired raw-cut cuffs, reducing volume for layering beneath gloves or shells. For riding in low-light conditions, the rear hem is equipped with reflective details and an integrated eyewear garage on the right sleeve stows sunglasses.
