What is Assos’s Endurance Series?

Assos files Mille (men) and Uma (women) in its Endurance Series, which it describes like this: “The complete endurance series. Streamlined regular fits. Ultraplush inserts. Muscle-wrapping thermoregulating textiles.” The series name is on every Assos product page, next to the product’s own 1–5 ratings for endurance, racing and ride intensity.

racingFit or regularFit — what’s the difference?

They’re Assos’s two main cuts. racingFit (Equipe and Dyora) is, in Assos’s fit guide, a close, performance-oriented fit with compressive fabrics for high-intensity riding — compared with regularFit it feels noticeably tighter by design. regularFit (Mille and Uma) is a balanced technical fit with moderately compressive fabrics: supportive without the tight feel of the Racing models. Assos uses the same size chart for both, so the difference is the feel, not the size.

How should I wash Assos cycling clothing?

Assos’s product pages don’t include care instructions, so follow the care label sewn into the garment. Assos sells its own Active Wear Cleanser, made for washing technical cycling clothing.

CORE Light is part of the new CORE softshell family, the successor of Assos’s AIRBLOCK-EVO family. It combines a four-way stretch warp-knit, a breathable membrane, and an ECO water-repellent treatment to shield against precipitation and wind while expelling internal moisture with a silky-soft lining. LITHIUM Medium is a highly breathable, highly elastic insulator with a grid texture that actively expels moisture and modulates internal temperature. SKID is a lightweight, stabilizing thermoregulator made with recycled materials reclaimed from discarded tires.

A collar of lighter, soft insulation with a comfort fit. Actively modulates the personal microclimate without requiring unzipping and exposing the throat to cold air.

Reflective Detailing

Twin strips on the pocket add reflectivity, increasing visibility in low-light conditions.

To ensure total comfort in cool, wet weather, the GTS Spring Fall Jacket S11 is equipped with a stormproof softshell across the chest and shoulders while high-stretch, highly breathable insulation wraps the arms in lightly compressive support. The GTS Jacket S11 is warmer than the GT Spring Fall Jersey C2 and GTS Spring Fall Vest S11 combination, making it ideal for days when protection is more important than layering versatility. Raw-cut cuffs eliminate volume for layering with Spring Fall Gloves and long-sleeve skin layers.
