What is Assos’s Adventure Series?

Assos files Tactica in its Adventure Series, which it describes like this: “The ASSOS singletrack series. Mobility-enhancing fits. Built-in Protection. Flexible thermoregulating textiles. Integrated storage solutions.” The series name is on every Assos product page, next to the product’s own 1–5 ratings for endurance, racing and ride intensity.

How should I wash Assos cycling clothing?

Assos’s product pages don’t include care instructions, so follow the care label sewn into the garment. Assos sells its own Active Wear Cleanser, made for washing technical cycling clothing.

comfortFit

The TACTICA T5 mobility-enhancing fit is less aggressive than Assos’s racingFit, balancing streamlined, low-volume aerodynamics with full-motion comfort and less restriction off the bike.

Featured fabrics

The body textile, Breaker, provides a windproof shield with DWR treatment to repel water. It’s also incredibly light at just 35g/m², so it packs down to a tight, small bundle. A lining of Breath textile backs Breaker with extreme breathability and push-pull moisture management, and a rear panel of the new Sens-AIR warp-knit textile adds four-way, body-wrapping elasticity and UPF 50+.

twinDeck

A dual-layer construction that pairs a windproof, water-repellent face with an ultrabreathable, moisture-managing lining.

Reflective Detailing

Reflective elements on the shoulders increase visibility in the low-light, overcast conditions when wind and rain protection are most valuable.

Ultra-Packable

weight construction engineered specifically for low-volume storage.

When to use it

Combine with the TACTICA KIESKÄFER Bib Shorts T5 and TACTICA Jersey T5 for trail and gravel riding in variable conditions.
