How much does each Podium hold?

CamelBak lists the Podium as 15 oz / 440 ml, 21 oz / 620 ml and 24 oz / 710 ml; the Podium Chill comes in 21 oz / 620 ml and 24 oz / 710 ml. CamelBak suggests the 24 oz as the best balance for most road and gravel riders, and says MTB riders often prefer 21 oz for a lower profile in frame cages.

Podium or Podium Chill?

Same cap, cage fit and squeeze; the difference is insulation. CamelBak says the Chill’s double wall keeps water cold twice as long as the standard Podium, and recommends it for summer road and gravel rides over 90 minutes. The standard Podium is lighter (73 g vs 99 g in 21 oz) and CamelBak’s pick for racing and shorter rides.

Can I put a Podium in the dishwasher?

Only the cap. CamelBak’s care page says Podium and Podium Chill bottles should be hand-washed with hot, soapy water and a bottle brush, while the cap can go on the dishwasher’s top rack. Open the Lockout so water flows through the cap; you can also take the lockout out of the cap to clean it separately.

Will a Podium fit my bottle cage?

CamelBak engineered it to fit securely in a wide variety of cages; it is 7.3–7.4 cm across in every size, so the height is what changes (Podium 16.2 / 20.9 / 22.8 cm for 15 / 21 / 24 oz).
