Does this padding fit the original KASK Protone?

No. KASK designed this pad set exclusively for the Protone Icon, and states it must not be used on any other helmet model. The pad set for the original Protone (EAN 8057099022965) has been discontinued by KASK's Spanish distributor, so we can no longer supply it. If you have an original Protone, ask KASK directly whether they still stock it.

Which size of padding do I need?

The same size as your helmet. SMALL is the set for the Protone Icon size S (50-56 cm) and MEDIUM for size M (52-58 cm). KASK makes this pad set in those two sizes only; there is no size L article. The size is printed on the label inside the helmet.
