Santa Madre’s drinks are dosed per 500 ml — one CarboFuel 45CHO or Unusual Fuel sachet, or one effervescent tablet, per 500 ml — so a 1-litre bottle takes two servings at the recommended strength.

How much water should I drink with Unusual Fuel?

Santa Madre’s rule (one sachet in a 500 ml bottle): below 15 °C, one 500 ml bottle of plain water for every two bottles of Unusual Fuel; at 15–25 °C, one bottle of water per bottle of Fuel; above 25 °C, about 750 ml of water per bottle of Fuel. Carbohydrate absorption needs water.
