How do I take Unusual Nitrous before a race?

One full dose is three sachets over three days, each diluted in 400 ml of cold water and sipped through the day: two days before, the day before, and on race day up to 3 hours before the start. Santa Madre advises a trial run in training and skipping the race-day intake if the start is too early. The box of 6 covers two full doses.

And for stage races?

Santa Madre changes the protocol so sleep comes first: a sachet two days before and the day before, then during the race each sachet is taken in the afternoon before the next stage, never right before the start.
