Build your Shimano GRX RX820 1×12 mechanical gravel groupset: choose chainring (40–46T) and crank length, cassette and rear rotor size. Includes the ST-RX820 right shift/brake lever and BL-RX820 left brake lever with BR-RX820 flat-mount calipers and hoses, RD-RX822-SGS rear derailleur (51T max), FC-RX820-1 crankset, CN-M8100 126-link chain, Deore XT CS-M8100 cassette and two RT-CL800 rotors. Front rotor is 160 mm.

Requires a MICRO SPLINE freehub and a frame-compatible bottom bracket. Bottom bracket, shift cable and housing, and installation are not included. The selected components drawer is the definitive bill of materials.
