Build your Shimano GRX RX820 2×12 mechanical gravel groupset: choose crank length, cassette and rear rotor size. Includes both ST-RX820 shift/brake levers with BR-RX820 flat-mount calipers and hoses, FD-RX820 front and RD-RX820 rear derailleurs (36T max), FC-RX820-2 48/31 crankset, CN-M8100 126-link chain and two RT-CL800 rotors. Front rotor is 160 mm.

Requires a Shimano HG 12-speed road freehub and a frame-compatible bottom bracket. Bottom bracket, shift cables and housing, and installation are not included. The selected components drawer is the definitive bill of materials.
