Can I ride in the Infield Down Jacket?

Yes, on the right rides: cold mornings, easy spins, long descents, café stops and bikepacking trips. Goose down is very warm, so it isn’t meant for hard efforts, where you would overheat; take it off on the climb and pull it on at the top or at the café.

Is the Infield Down Jacket waterproof?

No. The nylon shell is not waterproof, and down loses warmth when it gets wet. Wear it on dry cold days, and in rain put a waterproof shell over it or choose a rain jacket instead.

How small does it pack?

It stows into its own internal pocket. Packed like that it fits in a jersey pocket, a handlebar bag or a backpack, so you can carry it for the cold start, the descent or the café and put it away the rest of the time.

The shell is 100% nylon and the fill is 90% goose down and 10% feather. The front zip is YKK, the hood detaches with a zip and the waist has an adjustable drawcord. It comes in Black and Dark Grey.
