How should I wash Assos cycling clothing?

Assos’s product pages don’t include care instructions, so follow the care label sewn into the garment. Assos sells its own Active Wear Cleanser, made for washing technical cycling clothing.

Featured fabrics

2XS is a 3-layer, breathable, windproof, and waterproof softshell. The inner face is lightly brushed for insulation, creating a warm microclimate for that weatherproof shell to protect. A back panel of Push Pull accelerates breathability and improves the aerodynamic fit without compromising protection.

Double-slider Zipper

Unzip from top or bottom for ventilation or access to jersey pockets. Taped construction prevents leaking and stabilizer tab enables single-handed operation, even with gloves.

Raw Cut

The hem, armholes, and collar are finished with a raw cut to reduce weight, increase stretch, and accommodate layering.

Reflective Strip

A reflective strip down the center of the back maintains visibility in low-light conditions.

When to use it

Pack in an RS EQUIPE Jersey pocket during temperate rides with changing weather or layer over a thermal Spring Fall Jersey when chilly, wet conditions require more protection.
