What is Assos’s Endurance Series?

Assos files Mille (men) and Uma (women) in its Endurance Series, which it describes like this: “The complete endurance series. Streamlined regular fits. Ultraplush inserts. Muscle-wrapping thermoregulating textiles.” The series name is on every Assos product page, next to the product’s own 1–5 ratings for endurance, racing and ride intensity.

racingFit or regularFit — what’s the difference?

They’re Assos’s two main cuts. racingFit (Equipe and Dyora) is, in Assos’s fit guide, a close, performance-oriented fit with compressive fabrics for high-intensity riding — compared with regularFit it feels noticeably tighter by design. regularFit (Mille and Uma) is a balanced technical fit with moderately compressive fabrics: supportive without the tight feel of the Racing models. Assos uses the same size chart for both, so the difference is the feel, not the size.

How should I wash Assos cycling clothing?

Assos’s product pages don’t include care instructions, so follow the care label sewn into the garment. Assos sells its own Active Wear Cleanser, made for washing technical cycling clothing.

Situated between a pure endurance fit and a second-skin racingFit, the GTS regularFit is Assos’s most streamlined MILLE silhouette, providing aerodynamics with long-distance comfort. The ¾-zip construction and raw-cut sleeves improve aerodynamics.

Featured fabrics

The body textile is upgraded with the new Sens-AIR, an ultralight, highly elastic warp-knit mesh that maximizes cooling breathability. The band across the stomach is Sens-SN, a fast-drying honeycomb textile used as the main body textile on the previous generation. Incorporating Sens-SN across the stomach reduces weight and increases breathability while wrapping the body in silky-smooth support. Both Sens textiles provide engineered odorControl and UPF 50+. A rear panel of Stabilizator V11 – the lightest, most cooling of Assos’s stabilizing textiles – maintains a contoured fit and prevents pocket sag.

zeroPressure Waist

A soft, highly elastic, uninterrupted midsection construction that improves comfort and stability, reducing rippling and bunching while improving aerodynamics.

PILtec Plug-In

The rear hem features a lightweight, ultrabreathable textile band with a microdot silicone treatment that stabilizes the jersey’s back panel and maintains grip while wet.

Louvre Tec

Set-in sleeves and darting at the collar bones removes excess material to eliminate bunching or wrinkling across the chest in the riding position.

Combine with the GTS Bib Shorts and Summer 1/3 GT or Endurance layering systems for long-distance comfort and aerodynamic performance.
