Which Garbaruk pulley set do I need?

SRAM: 12T+14T for 11/12-speed derailleurs with the stock cage, 12T+16T with a Garbaruk cage, 14T+16T for Eagle Transmission (30 g). Shimano: 11T+14T for 11-speed with the stock cage, 14T+14T for 12-speed, 11T+16T for 11-speed with a Garbaruk cage. XPLR 13-speed has its own 14T+16T set, which works with the stock or Garbaruk cage (Garbaruk).

Do I need the XPLR 13-speed cage?

Only on RED XPLR if you fit Garbaruk's 10-52T cassette: it is required there. On Force and Rival XPLR it is optional. It works with the stock pulleys or with Garbaruk's 14T+16T pulleys (Garbaruk).

Garbaruk derailleur cage

Garbaruk's cages move the upper pulley closer to the smallest cog and the lower one further from the largest, so a stock derailleur can run a wider-range cassette. With the oversized pulleys the drivetrain shifts more smoothly (Garbaruk).

CNC-machined 7075 aluminium

Cages, pulleys and cassette large cogs are CNC-machined from 7075-T651 aluminium and anodized in eight colours: black, blue, gold, green, orange, red, silver and violet (Garbaruk). Garbaruk makes everything at its headquarters near Kraków, Poland.

Oversized derailleur pulleys

Each pulley is CNC-machined from a single 7075 aluminium bar and anodized; Garbaruk's oversized sets are meant to pair with its derailleur cages for smoother, more precise shifting.

Size 14T + 16T (13-speed XPLR)

Description

Garbaruk's oversized 14T+16T pulley set for SRAM XPLR 13-speed: CNC-machined 7075 aluminium with sealed cartridge bearings, made to finish the Garbaruk XPLR system (10-52T cassette and cage). Garbaruk says it works with the stock or Garbaruk cage; the bearing covers differ from the 12-speed 14T+16T set to offset the pulley in the cage.
