How do Velocio clothes fit, and which size should I choose?

All Velocio Equipment is designed to fit while in riding position. The size guide on this page lists Velocio’s chest, waist and hip measurements per size.

How should I wash Velocio cycling clothing?

Velocio strongly recommends washing your new gear before wearing it. You’ll find that your apparel will soften, and fit & comfort will improve after washing - especially with bibs & shorts. Machine wash cool, 86°F (30°C) with like colors: Cooler temps maintain better longevity for your apparel. Like colors, especially lights, will remain more vibrant when washed with like colors. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean: Strong detergents & bleach can break down the fibers and elastane in the garment, dramatically reducing its life.

FlyFree

Velocio's bathroom-break solution eliminates any fussy clasps, magnets, or excess fanfare. The unique FlyFree design adds elasticity to the bib straps and pairs it with a careful cut to allow for worry-free roadside stops — no layer removal needed.

Designed for Speed

Every aspect of the CONCEPT Bib Short is in service to speed — the racing body position, the aerodynamics of different fabric choices, long-lasting compression, seam placement, the list goes on. The result is Velocio’s fastest bib short ever.

Race-Ready Chamois

The multi-density, multi-layer pad incorporate both small vibration and big impact protection, with a graduated thickness from back to front. The result is an airy and lightweight chamois that feels minimal, but provides maximum function on the hardest and fastest days.

Mathematical Precision

Every stitch, fiber, and fabric in the CONCEPT Bib is scrutinized for what it adds to the overall package. The result is a body-mapped fit that balances compression with breathability and an aerodynamic pattern that sustains high-output efforts.
