Assos files Equipe (men) and Dyora (women) in its Racing Series, which it describes like this: “The definitive speed series. Second-skin aerodynamic fits. Compressive thermoregulating textiles. Ultralight WorldTour-proven designs.” The series name is on every Assos product page, next to the product’s own 1–5 ratings for endurance, racing and ride intensity.

How should I wash Assos cycling clothing?

Assos’s product pages don’t include care instructions, so follow the care label sewn into the garment. Assos sells its own Active Wear Cleanser, made for washing technical cycling clothing.

The Hill Rombo textile is the lightest Assos has ever used as a jersey's main body. It's a circular knit with an open structure that pushes breathability and cooling to extremes, and it includes engineered odorControl. The sleeves feature the new 550CX warp-knit textile, which provides UPF 40 protection and a muscle-wrapping, bistretch fit with inherent aerodynamic properties. A panel of ultrabreathable, warp-knit Stabilizator V11 – the lightest, most intercooling of Assos’s stabilizing textiles – supports pocket capacity.

Zipperless

Single-piece torso construction eliminates wrinkling and wraps the torso in the ultimate, second-skin aerodynamic fit.

Raw Cut and Bonded

A dual construction reinforces the sleeve while improving aerodynamics and maintaining clean, elegant lines throughout the jersey's construction.

PILtec Plug-InFrame

The rear hem features a lightweight, ultrabreathable textile band with a microdot silicone treatment that stabilizes the jersey's back panel and maintains grip while wet.

Triple Ramp Pockets

Flexible fabric panels create “lids,” securing and stabilizing pocket contents.

The impossibly light RSV Jersey S11 is engineered with a hyper-cooling, open-structure textile on the body, supported with a lightweight, supportive textile on the sleeves. Both textiles are compressive and ultrabreathable, and their high elasticity creates a second-skin, aerodynamic fit. The shortened body length improves fit in aggressive riding positions and reduces wrinkling across the stomach, and the open collar shape enables full, deep breathing during high-intensity efforts.
