Road cycling routes around Girona

Before you go

Distances, elevation, climb counts and riding times are the estimates from our original itineraries. They are not live navigation data. Pace, stops, weather and route changes affect the day. Check the current track on our Komoot profile or ask our team before setting off; allow extra time for food, photos and your return.

Shorter rides

Masllunés

Ride through the green Sant Gregori valley towards the Ter, linking two modest climbs before returning to Girona. A useful first-day loop when you want to get comfortable on your rental bike; the effort still depends on your pace.

Vilademunts

Head north into the Pla de l’Estany on rolling lanes, with curves and repeated rises rather than a single major climb. The original itinerary counts no named climbs, but the elevation gain shows that this is far from a flat ride.
